The Role

As a Sales Manager at Marqa, you’ll help drive the profitable and sustainable growth of our business. This is a chance to apply your commercial sales and leadership expertise to shape and execute strategies that make a real impact.

You’ll inspire, coach, and mentor a high-performing, diverse team of Sales Representatives. Your leadership will motivate and engage, while your ability to define and communicate clear strategies, objectives, and plans will set the team up for success.

  • Lead and empower your sales teams to deliver strong customer outcomes and sales performance

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, forecasts, and budgets for your territories

  • Build and manage the pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, funnel health, and reliable forecasting

  • Oversee commercial engagements and manage key customer relationships

  • Lead strategic accounts and strengthen ties with major customers

  • Identify, attract, and develop talent, building a performance-driven, customer-focused culture

  • Champion operational efficiency and continuous improvement

  • Strong sales and strategy experience, ideally in retail, marketing, SaaS, or IT

  • Proven success in direct sales and leading high-performing teams

  • High energy, motivation, and a results-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships

  • A potential pathway to grow the team beyond 8 sales associates leading you to become a Regional Sales Manager either locally or potentially internationally
